Beautiful property. Too bad the family didn’t keep up with it. What a waste. They should have sold it for a family to enjoy. We have plastic bags in our home here in California. Gov. Newson just signed a new law last week banning plastic bags, grocery stores can no longer sell them. I may need y’all to send me some😂😂 Can’t believe they left photo album in the attic 😢😢 I guess it shouldn’t come as a surprise by them leaving the camcorders. Lost memories. Too much water damage, this is a complete tear down😬 The family should have sold this beautiful place🥲 looks to be so much Love there. My favorite area is the master bedroom. It’s nice and huge, plenty of space. This property was a gem. I remember the home with the kids room with lots of toys. It was as if they left in a rush and left great toys. Thank you for sharing another awesome home✌🏾
The reason this house may be sitting here and decaying is it maybe tied up in an estate battle. One part of the family wants to sell. The other part of the family wants to keep it for themselves.
That's a foreclosure home. 4:13 shows the sign in sheet for who last checked the property. Tape over sinks, toilets, etc means it's been winterized. Sign on front door stating home is vacant and bank owns it. I check properties like these for a living and have seen stuff like this many items. Often someone dies, mortgage goes unpaid and bank takes control, unfortunately these houses can sit for many years.
Where there’s the WILL and the 💰 ANYTHING can be saved and renovated…. I’ve seen it happen NUMEROUS times with humongous buildings that had been abandoned for MANY DECADES in Detroit that are now in full operation..Michigan Central what had been the main train station here in Michigan .. the Westin Book Cadillac hotel and also the Book Tower .. a 38 story building that had also been out of operation for decades…And Yes I also save plastic bags …. Stuffing them on the left side of my refrigerator… and use them to take my lunch to work in ….. This had been a NICE property… and must be a pretty lenient HOA to let them transform that garage into what it had become.. Also I would think the HOA wouldn’t let this place.sit as long as it did for fear of reducing all there property values
HOA,s have rules-and you’d think this one would be breaking quite a few! Why would the owners family just let it set to decay rather than sell it? Very sad. It’s a nice house. And not that old.
With the tape over toilets normally means it's been weatherized. If it was forclosed on, which it looks to have been, wonder why it wasn't sold. There would have been someone to have purchased it. Wish you had more information on the home. It was a beautiful home once. Shame to allow it to deteriorate the way it is. There are some great features.
Dude, get the hell out of there and fast, it's HOA and if they catch You in there they'll nail Your brass to the wall, literally. Please Dude making a video of this house isn't worth it.

Its cool how you go to places that haven’t been visited by 20 other youtubers. Youll have great success with your channel.
Chicago here. Yes, we store bags. Use them for cleaning up after pets. That garage/guest house was truly unexpected.
@@thespicypimp423 I use them for my small garbage cans in my bathroom. It’s hard to throw them out. I have lots of them!!
You could pair one of those old TV's with an old video game console for some retro gaming fun. Would be a shame to trash them.
This house was once a really nice home.
This house was beautiful at one time! Cool video & find! 👍❤️🤘

@@charlesperkins7746 👍hadn’t thought about that. Yeah family battles over things can get ridiculous-and then no one gets anything.

Family should have sold it before it started falling apart.
21 years old, and its sitting empty and rotting
This Home Deacayed So Quickly ...
Que judiação abandonar uma casa tão bacana. Mas o tempo está acabando com ela. Parabéns pelo vídeo 👍 👏🏻 🇧🇷
0:08 Who are the "people" that tried to pay the taxes?
So sad it still a nice house and yes in Indiana we store plastic bags.
