Just got back from Uluru. Not to climb and take happy snaps, but to understand and connect to the energy of the place. I learned a lot, but nothing more than the indigenous and the land cannot be separated - they are symbiotic. It is their land and theirs alone. Couldn't stop listening to this while there. Been listening to Xav since "To Let" was released and feel like I've been on the journey with him. So impressed to see his message evolve and its truth not be swayed by his popularity.

May all beings be free of sufferings and causes of suffering and that is part of the four noble truths...... This is the first song I ever heard of his, live at Byron Bay Blues Fest 2011. I was absolutely struck by it, so glad to finally find a solid recording online. There was a great audio version with Dallas Frasca but it wasn't a great quality recording so I'm glad this is here. I wouldn't mind buying a DVD of the whole show actually.
