@@darknessends127 They will stagger after every two hits. Not only does stagger locking keep them in one place, but, again, saves ammo and is pretty safe. My Akuma achievement demonstrates as such.

@@darknessends127 It is risky, you're right. For me, hitting invisible guys with pistol shots was very imprecise, and it's very important to save shotgun ammo. The hitbox for melee is much more forgiving - IMO. But still, it's AKUMU mode, so yeah, you're going to die a lot. Still, no need to apologize. Have a great day.

For future viewers, you can just melee the invisible enemies to death. Takes a bit but saves ammo.
