Recruiting is why I only bought NCAA Football for years instead of Madden. I love dynasty and franchise, but once you get your core guys in Madden, you have them for 10-15 seasons. NCAA Football games are fun because you're constantly having to recycle your roster and adjust your play style to the guys you have.

I still haven't heard anything about off-season conditioning. In the older NCAA Football games on PS2, you had drills to improve a player's speed, agility, acceleration, awareness, etc. I know that was a big complaint when the game jumped onto PS3, how that part of the game disappeared. Did anyone see or hear anything about this?
Love the podcast first off...... This game is one of the reason i fell in love with college football and not just the Washington Huskies. And the hours over the years playing with friends and family talking junk, the ups and downs of a win or lost, and in the camaraderie with other game players...
Get rid of the squiggly lines for the receiver routes from this game and Madden and replace it with the receiver running the wrong route. Or the quarterback trying to audible and lineman can’t communicate so the quarterback gets smoked or you can’t hear the cadence so you have false starts.
Any word on whether we’ll have new match coverage concepts in the game? I know they’ve put a lot of work into getting the diverse offenses right, but haven’t heard anything about the defenses
Wait. We can't create players and add them to rosters or create recruits? I get the whole situation about editing current players, but why the hell can't I create players that doesn't have their names?
Would love to hear about stadium renovations for Dynasty. Being able to upgrade a stadium would be a huge positive especially for lower programs. Hawaii's situation is downright awful so I hope we can just choose to play in Aloha Stadium or let us build a new one.

I loved taking over a C-USA or Sunbelt team and turning them into a perennial powerhouse, but I'd only do it with teams that had an unreasonably large stadium to start with. If I've won 10 national championships in the last 15 years, I better have a stadium that holds more than 50,000 people.

For example, if I wanted to create myself and my high school football teammates and put us in the game, can't do it. Can't even edit CPU generated players. If confirmed true, that just killed the game. No editing rosters at all
That’s something they want to do in the future from what I’ve seen. They would have to pay the coaches too & they want to see if the game will be successful enough to justify also paying coaches who are just there for looks.

Being anti EA and somewhat intelligent, after today's info drops, can't believe I'm stating the following: This game has a shot to unseat the great *NFL 2K.* While the gameplay may still end up arguably inferior, I'm referring to the overall package (ie college recruiting, 9th gen graphics, etc) For myself, the main remaining question is: What level will the presentation be (ie no ESPN license) ?
It sounds great, but the inability to create players that haven’t opted in seems like a bit of a red flag for me. You should be able to create anyone imho
That's literally the whole reason the game was taken away for years. Doesn't make sense for players to have the option to opt out then someone can create them/likeness and play with them just defeats the purpose so I'm sure that was done for that reason

They spend a-lot of time building these stadiums, and having the traditions work a certain way, doubt thats something they even consider doing

I think roster edits are still possible. To me it sounds like certain name combinations are blocked because the player opted out.
