Super Punch Out!! Perfect/Dizzy Run - Bob Charlie

The major circuit starts out with Bob Charlie...who seems awfully familiar to a certain popular reggae artist, but I digress.
Bob Charlie isn't anything too special. He seems to like throwing hooks, but they are quite slow, and just begging to be punished. He does throw in the occasional uppercut, and can even chain two quick body blows if you let him. However, he's a bit repetitive, and if you build your super meter, he'll go down in no time. Do note that when he backs up and does his "Ooh!" taunt, he can either go into his spinning uppercut attack, or just hop forward (which is harmless). Either way, you can punish him with a well time body blow.
Dizzying Bob Charlie can be quite hard to do as it is very luck-based. All you need to do is land 7-9 jabs on him fairly consecutively (7 if you land all of them consecutively, more if he dodges once). However, Bob seems to randomly dodge about, so he might just choose to ruin it by dodging too often. However, the strategy is very simple; you just have to hope he'll cooperate. Here's the strategy:
7-9 Jabs Dizzy
1 Super attack; he'll regain his composure, knock him with the attack as he starts hopping back into the ring. Knockdown
1 Super Uppercut when he gets back up Knockdown

One thing to note: Bob Charlie's spinning uppercuts do need a little rhythm.See those spins?On the third spin, you did the right thing-a body blow.This will determine will you get knockdown or KO HIM

You missed one move. Sometimes, instead of the spinning uppercut, he just bounces slowly down. You can stun him for a few hits, but that is all.

Well, that Shuck and Jive move can be annoying... oh, and he does have one more:
Sometimes he makes a face at you, followed by a series of hooks.

This game was a childhood favorite! I needed a day usually to figure out three opponents by the time I graduated out of the first circuit level. I love to say Bob Charlie! when I light my Mary Jane incense.

I got 17 wins in the end somehow, makes no sense, but i got every dizzy knockout with baller times... Special circuit is something else though, even though i crushed it... I still think Rick is harder than Nick, if anything Nick is pretty easy when you think about it

If you win against an opponent in a circuit, and then reset the console, that win will save, but your progress in the circuit will not.
Doing this will allow for a 17-0 record.
