One of our favourite campgrounds. We have been a few times in our 1987 Ford Econoline Elite camper. And, you're right....the great biking is amazing there! Happy Anniversary!
Love it that you are camping in a vintage camper! It is one of our favourites as well - however if you asked us to pick an absolute favourite we would have a hard time doing that! Hope you have a great summer of camping!
Just stumbled on your page here. Glad you enjoyed your stay at the park and that you were able to enjoy the evening hike out to the sand dunes. Not everyone realizes that’s one of the best times to go. I work in the office there at the campground so I always like to see videos and other people’s experiences at our park. Hope you come back this season. Stop in the office to say hi😀
My husband and I did the Devil's Punch Bowl and Spirit Sands hike for our 26th anniversary last summer. It was a very hot day in July! Then we used the showers at the campground to shower off before heading to Winnipeg for an anniversary supper. We had a great day!
Oh I’m looking forward to this season! I haven’t been here for probably 25 years! I could not recall what any of the campground was like and watching this, it all came flooding back! We are going this year with friends to a group site!
Thanks for the comment. We definitely want to return. I have visited a number of times in the last few years and there is always something new to see it seems.
I'm a brand new subscriber, and am enjoying your videos! It's been many years since we camped at Kiche-Manitou Campground. We tented with our kids and I remember climbing the big sand hills with them, swimming, and a horse and buggy ride, which we all loved. Not sure if they are offering that anymore!
It's a nice campground for fall camping; we were there last Sept. There are some hiking trails up the road north of the campground as well as a nice picnic area on Marshs Lake.
@@OnTheOffRamp your dad was my grade 8 teacher , and have been at your parents house also . Ed Stoesz is my name , wow I have not seen you in many many years
@@edmc755 hi Ed. Thanks for connecting. I do remember you as well. Yes, it has been a long time. We've moved from the area in 1977. Hope you're keeping well.
@@edmc755 yes. It was a personal project that I had the privilege of getting off the ground after many years of dreaming about it. It was a wonderful experience.
I love your camping videos. I watch them over and over. Cant wait for new ones in 2023. Thank you!!
Ahhhhh, thanks. We are enjoying what we do. Stayed tuned for a new video a little later this week

Until last year we hadn't been here for years either and we want to go back now too.
Kiche-Manitou is one of our favorite campgrounds as well!
We'll go back
Very nice. We visited there like a month ago, the kids really enjoyed the beach and the mini golf course!
Yes, there are a lot of great family activities available.
Hope to visit Spirit Sands next year! Was closed when we visited due to high risk of bush fires...As always, nice video.

Thank you ! After 41 years we still find unique ways to celebrate! I love one of the songs Wade chose for the video - we love being outdoors together!
