That's right. I forgot about that. Wasn't her pregnancy a reason they had to write it into the script or something? Also, I don't remember this scene because in the final scene of the series she's wearing a different color dress.. I'm just all confused! Lol.
They did have to write it into Alias. Sydney Bristow is such a physical character that they couldn't work their way around the pregnancy with this particular show and character. Jen can't be kickboxing at 8 months, after all.

Ma Tilda This is super late reply but just in case others have the same curiosity and question. Michael Vartan and Jennifer Garner dated for over a year. Their breakup was confirmed in August 2004. Jen and Ben were actually seen together for the first time in July 2004 watching a Boston Red Sox game together. They married in June 2005 with Jen 2 months pregnant. So that's it. :)

In real life, unfortunately, only Ben. Her character, Sydney is having Vaughn's baby. She dated Michael and Ben so closely together that it was hard for Michael when Jen became pregnant, so he understandably left Alias and came back as often as he could, including this episode, called Horizon. You can still see the affection and chemistry between Jen and Mike. It speaks really well of their relationship. I love that she grabs onto his hand as they talk between takes.
