Great Stuff Mike.....Re: Peter Gabriel....And Genesis......He was the founding member of Genesis....He left the band in 1975 and started his solo career.....Such a great artist....Thanks again Mike....
Just got to fugazi. The aforementioned rodent vandalized repeater and instrument soundtrack. I have all the fugazi albums on various pressings. I got lucky a few times with boxes full of US hardcore which is weird because it's even rarer here in England. I'm not complaining though.
I remember buying that one new at a record store in Berkeley when I was stationed in Alameda back in my Navy days. I was always on a budget, so I rarely bought new records and mostly thrifted them.
Who the heck decides it's easier to put crosses on all the songs you don't like rather than a tick on the one song that you do like? Probably the type of folks who write on records I guess. Have you ever come across what I call break-up records? Where the cover is mint and so is the vinyl except for one song where somebody has literally obliterated one song with a knife or something. I found some in some boxes of records I got for free. I have an Eagles record that I thought was sealed but in fact somebody has done the neatest job ever of taping up the opening off the sleeve? I have no idea why lol. It amused me so I left it like that. It could have a Beatles acetate in it lol. I also got a box of punk and hardcore vinyl once where it was "super minty" until you realized that the bottom right corner of the sleeves were all ripped off. I put them all together and realized that in fact some type of rodent had chewed through the bottom corner to tunnel through them. It was all misfits dead kennedys black flag etc and all free so I kept them but it was pretty heart-breaking to see. Whoever had collected them must have been sick when they realized what had happened and I suspect that's why they donated them to the shop. This shop wasn't selling vinyl at the time so they gave it all to me every week. I miss that Mike lol.
Mike would it be too big of a hassle to play a couple seconds of a track off of some of these albums to get a flavor of what the artist sounds like? Or would even a very short exerpt cause you to get penalized?

We had a promo 45 in one of the videos where I suspect one side was scratched to make it unplayable so the DJ wouldn't play that side.
