Hi, No knowledge on gun ownership here and the current laws on guns. Ano po ba ang batas pagdating sa ownership ng automatic rifles, SMG's, etc.? Last time I checked (on Google) civilians are only limited to owning semi-auto pistols, shotguns, and rifles. May nagbago po ba sa mga batas natin, and ano pwede expect in the future?
@@proudmunkee I have MR556 with heavy contour barrel. MR556 also has tapered bore diameter towards the muzzle that’s why it’s so accurate. Cold hammer forged and unlined for accuracy. But with accuracy and durability it suffers in mass as it weighs around 8 pound just the rifle unloaded and without RDS or scope. I heard him say bull barrel, but that’s not the entire story. How much does the rifle weigh? In what process their barrels made? What rifling?
Well I agree, that monologue doesnt cover everythng, Guns Pinoy simply introduced Daniel Tuazon, there was very little host presence. Same happned on the RD1 episode.
@dominickypon9957 OTB capability even under water discharge is nothing new. Any rifle with piston stroke system can shoot under water. This guy is proud of something they are just now discovering. They are left behind the concept if you ask me.
Question: Given the modularity ng AR 15/M16 family of rifles. Kakasya kaya ang upper receiver nyan sa Elisco and Colt M16A1 lower receivers na maraming stock ang AFP and PNP?
@keianpena9635 cost savings. We have a lot of M16A1 rifles in service that can be simply be upgraded or remanufactured to the newer standards. Hence, if AFP would be acquiring AR 15 rifles in the 5.56mm caliber. It would be prudent to acquire a model with an upper receiver that can be used on M16A1 lowers we have a lot in stock of. This practice is done in the US too. Many of the vaunted Mk 12s and MK 18s have M16A1 lowers during GWOT. And from what I gathered, many of those lowers are still in service in the US armed forces. If the US does it, why shouldn't we?
@Kupalski0031 this isnt standard practice here. Even if we accept your claim as true when you stated that we had a large surplus of older lowers, the AFP and PNP do not refurbish or upgrade these things. You can check all the recent procurement programs and see that the armed services, coast guard, and LEAs all purchase new units. The US maintains its assets much better than we do ours, a simple cross examination of storage and armourer practices can show the wide gap between our two nations. Purchasing whole new units with coinciding spare parts is the safest way to move forward, relegating these older assets and cannibalization there of to the rear or reserve forces.

Firing from a folding stock configuration is nice, but almost zero engagements happen where soldiers fire with a collapsed stock. You also have to understand that this is armscor most recent major attempt at rifles, theyre not going to suddenly make a new rifle that the AFP and other agencies might be reluctant to purchase due to the uncertain/lack of history of the design. Wow, Congrats RIA!!! Proud Filipino made!!!
Rock Island is popular in the U.S. with their 1911s. Now this rifle looks like a winner! Pinoy pride, baby! 😎👍
Thank you for having him on the show.
Very nice introduction and overview of the Rifle
Beautiful Rifle. Kudos R.I.
i love what i think is 10incher rail in the background
Thank you for the information, Guns Pinoy! God speed!
Hopefully we can own 2 or more high powered firearms. 🤞
3:19 i'm confused when he said optics sa handguard, for return to zero. Recommended practice pa ba yun?
I think he mentioned Laser aiming devices
Not only lasers, but also clip-on nightvision and thermal optics.
Very informative.. thank you
It will be an excellent seller here in the Philippines for civilian use, for sure.
How does that rifle fare against the PIVAR UDMC rifle?

What are the price points for these rifles.
Have the PNP release the IRR on how civilians can purchase 556 rifles?
Nice! Short stroke gas piston. Sana mag labas ng semi auto civilian version.
These 556 allowed for civilians?
Mini 14 in 22 TCM or other rifle versions
Very nice sir, maganda na set up 😮😮😮
Pwede na ba bumili ang civilian ng firearm chambered sa 5.56?
yes po as long semi automatic. automatic is for LEA or law enforcement agent or agency

Does the RD4P Cobra have a twist rate of 1:7 like the AR-15/M16/M4 variants?
I bet. 1/7 twist is needed to stabilize 65 grain and 77 grain bullets.
