This really varies from person to person as I’m sure you know 😉 but my personal experience with ear ringing is: there is no difference between the left and the right ear. For me, the meaning translates the same. Someone is talking about me wether good or bad, or I am spiritually ascending. Some people might disagree, but this is just my personal experience.
