Predator is a 1987 American science fiction action film directed by John McTiernan and written by brothers Jim and John Thomas. It is the first installment in the Predator franchise. It stars Arnold Schwarzenegger as the leader of an elite paramilitary rescue team on a mission to save hostages in guerrilla-held territory in a Central American rainforest, who encounter the deadly Predator (Kevin Peter Hall), a technologically advanced alien who stalks and hunts them down.
Predator was written in 1984 under the working title of Hunter. Filming ran from March to June 1986 with creature effects devised by Stan Winston; the budget was around $15 million. 20th Century Fox released the film on June 12, 1987, in the United States, where it grossed $98.3 million. Initial reviews were mixed, but the film has since been reappraised as a classic of the action genre.
The success of Predator spawned a media franchise of films, novels, comic books, video games, and toys. It spawned three direct sequels: Predator 2 (1990), Predators (2010) and The Predator (2018), and an upcoming installment in preproduction. A crossover with the Alien franchise produced the Alien vs. Predator films, which include Alien vs. Predator (2004) and Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007).

I'm kind of torn on A:R but no doubts that Dune 2 was amazing. I watched the first one about a month before and both were very well done, but Dune 2 just has a tighter grip on the audience and delivers in every way possible.

so many tings a lines and scenes were borrorwed from every other sgorny weaver Alien francise movies that I didnt ike ROmulus to me it seemed like they didnt know what to do so they repeated the old .
the on;y tjhig I liked about Deadpool and Wolverien was Wolverine I never liked t he childish teenage ways of Dead pool so wha tmade the movie work for me is how WOlveriens thinks the same way as do whih made the movie funny as hell and I think what made it seem so great als owas becsaue the MCU and DIsney have been totally failing on all of ther products fro mStwars to the MCU so when I watchd that movie it caught me a little suprised becsaue they didnt really cvhange the way wolverene is . I think that is the way all the MCU and starwars movies tvshws should be moally but they are all poorly written now accept for DP and W.
as for the dune francise inever liked dune even the original decaces ago that everyone made a huge deal out of to me was not good at all
