Anne Boyd is an Australian composer, influenced by the music of South East Asia. Goldfish Through Summer Rain is a deceptively simple work, based on a 5-note mode, inspired by the traditional music of Vietnam and Korean poet Don'o Kim, with whom Anne Boyd collaborated on several works. It can be performed by flute with piano or harp accompaniment.
