I had a breakdown just before lockdown and totally threw myself into gardening, 100% it helps with your mental health, totally calming especially with incense burning in the background, I now have a tropical oasis and tons of beautiful flowers, I just love it and it's helped with my recovery, I love your videos, your garden is beautiful.
I’m the same as you had a mental break down had two now which has stopped me working due to a DM relationship I’ve started doing my garden and it helps me already but it’s getting it to this level that’s going to take time, patience and money but it’s getting there slowly
I loooove how you only filmed the garden in every details while talking because I dislike people filming themselves talking when they could just film whats interesting to watch and still keep talking. I agree, gardening is so good for the mental health once you get into it. It has helped me w my anxiety since it's a great distraction and watching them grow a new leaf is so relaxing. It also helps to keep my mind from worries

Magnificent creation. I live in Miami Beach and created a tropical jungle environment as well. But not even close to the spectacular variety and colors of this beauty. I grew up in N.Y.C.-asphalt jungle and moved here 53 years ago. Started the tropical oasis 20 years ago. By luck, the soil is so rich I don't have to fertilize and every tree/plant flourishes by themselves. Now at the ripe age of 80 it's too late to go further regretably. Glad at least I got started as better late then never.
You are truly humble and inspirational. The kaleidoscope of colours are indeed a a 5d work of art. May God always bless you with the greenest of fingers.

I love your different areas of planting taking into account the lighting etc. Just like you my enthusiasm for gardening tropical has been a fairly recent thing. My mostest favourite thing about your garden is the enclosed feeling you get when your in it... it makes me think of being alone with God and talking with just Him in a little private space made just for that most inpatient relationship! I need peace and tranquility in my life right now and as I said in my first comment, you inspired me. The continuous sound of the water feature combined with the chimes, the cool effect of the compacted arrangements of different kinds of plants, bringing cool air to the area , make me dream that I was in that surroundings in slumber, peaceful and tranquil.
