      It's the calorie count BY SERVING. Only one pastry WILL be around 130 calories. Now if you decide to eat the whole thing by yourself, that's on you :P

      Its the calorie per serving. If you eat 2 serving that means more calories.

      Serving size is completely arbitrary when it's not a given measurement. Low calorie foods are those you can eat a lot of for a given caloric intake.
      The title is flat out wrong.

      They're pretty good! I always blend my oats up to make more of a flour, which creates more of that pancake consistency but it's up to you 😊

    I always got up at 4:45 took a quick shower, got dressed and then had a half hour for Bible study and prayer .Then I would wake up my husband and 2 daughters and while they got ready I would set the table and make a nutritious breakfast . I shopped once a week and bought all the groceries I needed for the whole week .That meant that each day I had everything I needed to make good meals . The Airforce did a study that revealed that if you don’t eat a good breakfast it effects your blood sugar until mid afternoon. Even if you eat a good lunch it still will make it difficult to concentrate .

    For the calories you listed, the portion sizes must be pretty small (and not filling) and you must be omitting the maple syrup! Plus, it's not recommended to cook tomatoes in a cast iron pan :S

    I think it’s important to note (something the video did not do) is that they mean per serving in terms of calorie count. And look closely as they divide the dishes to see what a serving size really is. It’s easy to see serving size on a couple of these ideas but not all.
    And don’t forget, any little add ons like syrup will be extra. But enjoy in moderation and be happy.

    If you're watching your weight, DON'T make these recipes, as they are very HIGH calorie!! Instead, here's a few breakfast options, single servings. 1. A breakfast (size) bowl of (soy) yoghurt with a handful of nuts and/or half an apple cut into chunks. Mix and enjoy. 2. Mash a small banana till it's turned into smooth and shiny juice, no lumps allowed. Separately, mix a large egg REALLY well. Add the banana to the egg, cinnamon is optional. Mix everything together VERY well. Fry your "pancake" in a tiny bit of oil in a non-stick pan. Enjoy! 3. Mix three or more types of jarred beans and peas in a breakfast bowl (corn, chick peas, kidney beans, whatever). Add salt, pepper, curry powder and a LEVELED table spoon of (vegan) mayonnaise. Mix well. Enjoy! PS Recipe nr 2 is, relatively, the least filling, so be careful not to exceed a certain number of calories by eating more than one portion.

    for the first recipe if you are vegan or vegetarian you can add semolina and water and let it thicken into a porridge like consistency instead of the eggs its tastes so good! also known as upma in india.

    Here's closer to real calories of the portions shown: 1: 270,4 calories. 2: 387,70 calories, 452,70 with syrup on top. 3: 223,42 calories, 278,42 with a tbs. whipped cream, dry out sprinkle and blueberries. At least 432,42 after the generous amount of syrup. 4: 325,60 Calories 5: 166,03 in ONE tiny little pocket. The only two dishes with any real good nutritional value, is 1 and 4. The rest is basically healthy desserts (Apart from 5, which is just pure garbage food or a an actual unhealthy dessert.), that people trying to lose weight would eat in a weak moment or when there are a large excess of calories, still to be consumed.
