I got the Ozer printer, it's a bit more expensive but a lot better than the brother ones, it is also designed for printing graphical designs and not just text/document which is why the brother printers fail. This thing is a beast, works with spirit. Fineline has to be really black/dark otherwise the machine wont pick it up but copying my designs in procreate a few times makes a solid very thin fine line. 9/10 machine.
Great video once again , wish I saw it four days ago I literally just bought a Phomemo m08f thermal printer . As far as the Phomemo is concerned, my experience, prints a great stencil so far . Lots of features to play around with as far as darkness is concerned but not enough . It does grab the end of spirit paper so I found cutting the end of the clear plastic carbon sheet off at the bottom reduces the grab and if your quick enough , opening the cover . I’ve printed lined stencils, and a couple made on the Ghostline Stencil app which isn’t that great so if know a better be please tell me lmao . My Phomemo came in at 250 Canadian so like 200 I guess American . I’m going to try Prime stencil paper I think it’s called which apparently doesn’t grab. Thanks for the great review !!!
Since the stencil ink on my eco tank multipurpose color printer is almost out of ink, i opted for the Peripage wireless bluetooth tattoo stencil without the carbon cartridge(that's the way i want it anyway), thermal printer, it prints great, the dark black stencil i put the volume to low, normal stencils, adjusted to middle, the high strictly for realistic portraits, worked out great, inkless thermal printing is the craze of future stencil printing, great video🤘🏻
I just got mine and my spirit paper gets jammed every time. Open the printer, put paper in evenly blue side down, close printer, press feed, paper feeds correctly, press print… paper sticks and gets crunched up half way through print. Any ideas?
Hi, is there any update to fix the inaccurate size or measurements on the app? The measurements on the app when you make adjustments is not correct when it prints out. The print outs come smaller. An inch at the app would come out 0.75 or less when it prints. So the measuring guide needs to get recalibrated or re adjust…. Its very annoying when you want to print accurately to your reference…

Thats strange… have tou tried to disconnect and reconnect the printer? Otherwise just contact yilong and explain the situation. I am pretty site they can help you out

You can set the darkness of your stencil so i think for a fineline you might need to set it a bit darker. But it takes a bit of playing around with settings to find what works for you. Also if you have trouble printing something fineline with any of the setting, it helps sometime to duplicate the design a couple of times (if you use a digital drawing app) to get the stencil out clearer

I got the printer, it shows me that everything is connected but when I’m trying to print it’s just printing me an empty paper, do you know why this isn’t working?
I got this printer but I want to be able to use it on other printer apps is that possible? Also when I print it’s always dark in areas and then it fades out. Not sure what’s wrong with it but sometimes it’s good and sometimes it just don’t transfer the ink and I make it as dark as I can in the app

Yeah if you cant load the paper correct it will tore of sides and make a mess. If i were you i would contact the customer service of yilong to get things straight…. Because i am sure that id it works correct you will love it
I had to push the button very hard to open, also it's very finicky to get the paper not to catch on the sides when printing, and the quality of the print was garbage light for me even after all the editing/darkening effects 😭

Aangezien jij deze al langer heb ben jij bekend met dit probleem ? Hij print stukken niet of komt vast te zitten echt heel frustrerend en zonde van het papier .
Hey, met deze printer heb ik geen problemen met spirit papier. Met het nieuwere modeleaar het lint in zit wel. Welke versie heb jij? Het is wel vervelend dat je dit probleem ervaart. Kijk even of je de klanten service kunt bereiken. Misschien dat die iets voor je kunnen betekenen
Sometimes it's just easier then trying to force it pluses with my pantex thermal once the flap is closed it will grip the paper and retract a few mill and that way you can be sure that the stencil is prepared ready for a clean print
I ordered one a month ago and got nothing.. waiting on a refund yet, they won't answer me back, i paid, and then they ignore me.. there website shows a number yet its not active, emails they ignore.. When they refund my money, i will delete this comment, but until then, NOBODY ORDER FROM YILONG
Do you have a tracking number or anything? Only thing i can imagine is that maybe its held by customs. Ive had that with some package coming from china and it sometimes can take forever. Ofcourse i do not know if that could be the case…

I have not really encountered that problem or really payed attention to the measuring guide in the app.

I believe it works with any stencil paper. Did you take of the yellow paper of your stencilpaper?
what setting did you use for fineline??
You can set the darkness of your stencil so i think for a fineline you might need to set it a bit darker. But it takes a bit of playing around with settings to find what works for you. You can choose to mirror the image in the all itself. It does not have to be inverted.

No it should also open with the printer turned off or without a battery. It is spring loaded. Please contact the customer service.

I honestly dont know. I have only connected it to my ipad. I could be that on a laptop you have to connect it with the wire. But i am not 100% sure
I just checked. It doesnt work with mac. It works with ios and android for mobile devices and laptops it only support windows
