The tracks really got easier. Also Wengen (Canadian corner and Ziel-S) they made easier. But fact is also that the drivers got faster and faster. But still this is because the tracks got easier or at least with today's skies its easier to skie. So the solution would be to make the tracks more difficult so that the drivers habe to drive a bit slower in some parts. That would make it also more interesting to watch as there will be more mistakes and interesring parts instead of Roboter after Roboter driving down the hill!
@@claudea9037 it was because of Body Miller who jumped down this last jump without energy left knowing that he will crash but still make a good time hopefully. So they decided to castrate the last jump too. Soon someone will crash at another part of the track and they will make it easier there too...
@@claudea9037 it was gernot reinstadler he suffered a open pelvic fracture which ripped his right leg almost completely off his thorax and the rapid deceleration tore part of his lower abdomen as well causing severe vascular injuries. The 21 year old died less than 6 hours later from massive blood loss even with 40 liters of blood transfusions given. His right ski tip got trapped in the safety b net at the jump at the old Ziel schuss

Wengen had 1 dead person at Ziel-S in the 90s.. thats why they have no more jump at Ziel-S and the net is some meters away (more right)
