Great video. I have a question: does the Extrait lipstick feather? Is it highly emollient? I have fine lines around my lips and many lipsticks, like Rouge Coco Flash, turn into a blurry mess on me in about 5 minutes. But Rouge Allure stays put. How would the Extrait wear?

I think the second lipstick you swatched looked the best on you. Yes, it's a little gothic, but it's more subtle with the shimmer. I embossing on the makeup is lovely, but I won't be getting the Chanel holiday highlighter as it has a bit too much glitter in it. I grabbed the 5 pan eyeshadows though and can't wait to get it.

I just ordered the Chanel Holiday Quint this morning! I love the colors. Yes, they are very basic, however, I've been buying browns, taupes, champagnes, caramels, etc... for so long that I currently have no palettes with a black or white shade. This palette has a nostalgic elegant feeling to me! I really like it! Mostly I think I'll end up using it as you demonstrated in the video, however, I can see definitely doing a more smoky look getting dressed up for Holiday parties! 😊❤

Great video Erin!! Chanel and Fragrance is always my absolute favourite 🩷 I think I will pick up the holiday quint palette I am, I love 4/5 of the shades! The highlighters are a skip for me I think, I LOVE Chanel highlighters they are my holy grails, but the jumbos don’t come in either of my fave shades (ivory gold/rosy gold) the lippies were pretty, the beige with a liner would be so pretty for every day, and the deep prune would be so pretty on richer skin tones!!! I am glad Chanel has an option in the holiday collection for more than just fair skin. Those full glitter highlighters remind me of the lightest Dior highlighter which is just fancy body glitter ✨☺️

I dont have a strategy or any rules implemented. But i really should! Thats a great idea. For the Sephora sale, my cart is full of all my luxury skincare & a few fun luxury makeup items. Theres 32 products in there. I just need to check out & thats it. I cannot and should not buy anything else. I just bought some of the holiday dior collection items, rephr brushes, ulta order. Its a lot for 1 person . My makeup collection is taking over my bedroom and bathroom lol. I JUST LOVE IT!! SO GLAD I FOUND YOU!!!🫶🫶✌️✌️🙏🙏💯
I liked the camelia highlighter and the last lipstick is beautiful ❤I think I may pick that one up.
I got both the Allure Laquer lips. They work best, as toppers on other lipsticks. I paired Fancy prune with a Red Allure Laquer lip, and brought a beautiful fall depth to it.

That beige lip actually looks incredible on camera! I think the prune would look better without as much highlighter but I agree, it's not the best for YOU and your style. That red though👌

It looks like the Number 5 Holiday palette Chanel released a few years ago🤗That’s a definite yes, but I’m annoyed the sublimage highlighter is limited edition😑. My local boutique have not received the highlighters yet, but I can’t wait to receive the Coral color! Amazing review per usual Erin🫶

As a viewer with deep dark skin, fancy prune (hilarious name, btw) iw to die for 😩 I think with a smoky eye, it would look sultry and sophisticated on you. It would be an elevated nude/neutral on me!! Love it!

Hello love your channel! I have a suggestion, the Channel duo highlighter, may I suggest a way I incorporate a very bold highlighter. I use it a lot running out the door to Saturday morning appointment at the salon, tinted moisturizer mascara, lips I apply a very sparkly highlighter and I’ve gotten so many compliments👍

Loved the peachy highlight….I did laugh at the Goldfinger reference….you were pretty close…lol. There are a million different ways to use liquid highlight lol,thank god ! Put it in body lotion etc…I know….expensive thing to do….but sometimes we buy stuff and need to not lose out on it before it turns.

I tested both holiday highlighter and the oversized highlighter at Chanel boutique, and right away thought they were the same. In my previous visit to the boutique, the SA said Chanel doesn’t do exactly the same shade in different palettes, so I thought, wow, these 2 highlighters are so close 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m glad you said they are the same 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The same SA told me Chanel wasn’t happy that the pictures of oversized highlighters were leaked in the social media, so it kept pushing the release date - I still don’t understand their strategy of releasing similar tone, in a much better practical version along side much awaited oversized highlighter????? They don’t want to sell so much oversized highlighter? 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Oops didn’t get to spell check my comment . I would like to test maybe the blush it looks so pretty on you. The eyeshadow palette is different like the gold in the brown is different and the black it doesn’t scare me.
Lipsticks out of the three I like last one looks very pretty on you. I will probably try the lipstick first 💄.
Lately I have gotten some samples of the Dior foundation and new concealer it doesn’t go into fine lines 👍🏻
As far as eyeshadow I have gotten a lot of use from Mario master mattes and a few CT cream eyeshadows .
That’s it trying not too but everything I see this year really trying hard to buy what I know I will use .
Because I am guilty of having way to much and that gets old fast especially when you really don’t need it.

I like the dark lip on you but maybe using all matte colors in a nude tone on the rest of the face will let that color be the star. Definitely a certain look, but I like it. I see leather pants, suede boots and a sleek black sweater with that look. That being said, you look great in everything I have seen so far! Thanks for the review. I always enjoy your content!!!

That dark lipstick is definitely your Halloween lip! Now you need a costume to greet the kids. I picked up the Pat McGrath palette this year but, other than that, no plans to purchase more holiday makeup. Did think about the Hourglass palettes but stuck to my low buy this year.

I like the foundation looks pretty and the concealer . I like the eyeshadow palette I don’t think I have anything like that . And the last lipstick 💄 I really like I will probably get it 💄. Did not care for the other two lipsticks and I did like the blush nice color & bronzer. The rest I really don’t need it’s too disco for me . And would probably set in my draw all year.
I have sample the Christian Dior foundation, and their new reformulated concealer have been enjoying it so far. 8:55
I heard that Chanel will offer a holiday gift set with an eyeshadow pallette, but it will be released in November. I think I will wait for that because the others do not interest me although the bag is pretty. ❤
They do have an eyeshadow set this year! I need to find out about the black friday and cyber monday launches, it could be one of those! xx

How is the SUBLIMAGE highlighter compared with Le blanc roses drop? Are they more simmering??
The Sublimage is definitely more shimmery than all of the other liquid highlighters from Chanel. It still sheers out and is more of a light gel texture but the Rosy Light Drops are more light pink, slightly iridescent glow versus the gold shimmer. xx
I find so many of the launches disappointing as we (in Canada) either don’t get them or they’re sold out immediately. So far, I haven’t been able to purchase the last few you’ve shown 😢
Erin, i feel like if someone know thats have to be you:) what Chanel fragrance is closeat to the smell of Chanels skincare and CC cream ? That smell of skincare is so light and nice would be so cool to have a parfume like that but i cant find anywhere mentiining of which of their parfumes they use in that. Thank you!
