Laplus, as well as many other members have taken long breaks before, to imply that Hololive management isn't letting the talents rest when they need it is just not true. Also, there are multiple reasons why a talent could lose their voice, overwork or using a voice that's hard to maintain are some of them but even in those situations the talents have the freedom to rest or drop the voice. In this case, Laplus has a cold, and nobody forced her to join the collab she wanted to join on her own accord because it was a day when 4 of her friends could play together. So I guess you could direct your demands at Laplus herself, but that's what most of the comments were already doing, telling her to rest and not to overwork herself. She made the decisions, she'll discover her limits and she'll make adjustments to her routine, she doesn't need people to babysit her.
The last time I've checked, Hololive doesn't require their talents to stream for long hours. Other holomems stream 3h and call it a night, some do multiple hour-long streams in a day, while a few go crazy with 6h+, even 12h+ streams in a single sitting. Sure, management requires them to regularly stream but the girls have control on how long they go live.
