Have (4) of these and they are all still going strong. I did replace the batteries with Mighty Max ones a handful of years ago ($58 each). All still going strong. Very very well built rugged equipment
So expensive. No, insurance won't cover it, and when you live on $1440 a month, with a blown immune system and sleep apnea; power outages, then add trying to find an apartment after a divorce - you guys are great, but you're not getting these machines into the hands of those who truly need it. Two plus years ago I was turned down at a homeless encampment in Seattle because I had a "requirement" for power - true, my apnea is over the top, out of control bad. Good job, most likely good execution but wow, I can't even afford to go to a doctor on Medicaid...I can't replace my aging apap and I look down this long tunnel to see something so necessary to anyone who lives with sleep apnea and just sigh.

It is,I guess it's worth it depending on what you need it for,in a emergency it might be invaluable .
