We won’t or at least with a help from other characters, but moving forward I don’t think will be fighting the top 3. Arlecchino is already an example that we can’t beat them. Remember what nahida said, the top rank 3 harbinger has power comparable to the gods.

I know right. They even believe that the traveler has mastered the ability to use two or more elements at the same time despite there being no evidence to prove that. The Traveler only did it once against childe, and it didn't do anything to him. The moment he pulled anemo out was shown as an act of desperation rather than an act of "time for me to go all out" because Childe was closing the gap between his blade and Aether's face. Even worst, they think that every fight the traveler has been in has made them stronger when they have been assisted in every fight they've been in. The Traveler has been carried by two man missions and 4 man missions since the start of the game.

The only thing that I didn't like about the story quest, is how the traveler was portrayed in the fight. Like don't get me wrong I'm all in for a loss, so we can truly start working hard to get more strong. But in this fight, the execution on the traveler's part was terrible. As many point out, why does the writers don't allow him to use elements in a fight or even give him a better sword. Around 70-80% of the community is straight up blaming the traveler, rather than the writing of the devs. Like even if we lose, we should've gone out with a valiant effort. But nope! The way the writing was executed is just wrong and horrible Otherwise, the story was fantastic! The ending hit me like truck
That was when the protagonist had 2 elements, with 3 elements he defeated Signora, now he has 5 elements he should have defeated Arlechino but by selling you the character they make the traveler weak 😆
This was Arlecchino's Story quest. SPOILER : The pitch is as follows : an "entity" that shouldn't exist infiltrated the House of the Hearth (Fatui Orphenage under the lead of the Knave n°4 of the Harbingers). This entity presents itself as "Clervie", an orphan of the House, warning us of the dangers the orphans face, such as duel to the death and being subjects of terrible experiment by the Doctor (n°2 of the Harbinger), and push some of the members of the house to rebellion. Our 3 friends of the House (Lyney, Lynette and Freminet) hide her from Arlecchino and try to grant her last wish (Escaping the House), while we distract Arlecchino, which fails as she seems to know all of which is happening. After a brief discussion with Neuvillette (Iudex of Fontaine), she tells us about her time as an orphan before becoming an Harbinger, time she spent with Clervie under the rule of the previous Knave, Crucabena (Cervie's mother by blood, and "Mother" of the orphans). Arlecchino mentions the multiple times Clervie fought to unite the children and escape the House, before being overcome by despair and losing her life against Arlecchino in a duel, who then kills the previous Knave. After telling us this story, we're reunited with our friends and the "traitors", which Arlecchino seems adamant to punish by death. But Lyney and his group contest this decision, leading to a duel between Arlecchino and us four. Overcome by her strength, we lose this duel, but she decide to change the methode of execution of the traitors : after some experiments, she managed to find a way to erase people memory due the properties of her powers, and ask the traitors to choose : death or deletion of all House and fatui related memories (with the garantee from Neuvillette that those with memory erased won't be pursued in justice). Once the choice done, Arlecchino, the traveller and Clervie have a discussion in which they reveal to Clervie what happened after her death, tell her about the Traveller's adventures and finally set her free. The epilogue then confirms that the traitors don't have any recollection of the members of the fatui, and are living life as they fit. THE END

The only thing that I didn't like about the story quest, is how the traveler was portrayed in the fight. Like don't get me wrong I'm all in for a loss, so we can truly start working hard to get more strong. But in this fight, the execution on the traveler's part was terrible. As many point out, why does the writers don't allow him to use elements in a fight or even give him a better sword. Around 70-80% of the community is straight up blaming the traveler, rather than the writing of the devs. Like even if we lose, we should've gone out with a valiant effort. But nope! The way the writing was executed is just wrong and horrible
Otherwise, the story was fantastic! The ending hit me like truck

I mean, Childe and Arlecchino’s ranks are VERY far from each other so I doubt they’d be similar in terms of strength and stuff
That was when the protagonist had 2 elements, with 3 elements he defeated Signora, now he has 5 elements he should have defeated Arlechino but by selling you the character they make the traveler weak 😆

This was Arlecchino's Story quest.
SPOILER :
The pitch is as follows : an "entity" that shouldn't exist infiltrated the House of the Hearth (Fatui Orphenage under the lead of the Knave n°4 of the Harbingers).
This entity presents itself as "Clervie", an orphan of the House, warning us of the dangers the orphans face, such as duel to the death and being subjects of terrible experiment by the Doctor (n°2 of the Harbinger), and push some of the members of the house to rebellion. Our 3 friends of the House (Lyney, Lynette and Freminet) hide her from Arlecchino and try to grant her last wish (Escaping the House), while we distract Arlecchino, which fails as she seems to know all of which is happening.
After a brief discussion with Neuvillette (Iudex of Fontaine), she tells us about her time as an orphan before becoming an Harbinger, time she spent with Clervie under the rule of the previous Knave, Crucabena (Cervie's mother by blood, and "Mother" of the orphans). Arlecchino mentions the multiple times Clervie fought to unite the children and escape the House, before being overcome by despair and losing her life against Arlecchino in a duel, who then kills the previous Knave.
After telling us this story, we're reunited with our friends and the "traitors", which Arlecchino seems adamant to punish by death. But Lyney and his group contest this decision, leading to a duel between Arlecchino and us four.
Overcome by her strength, we lose this duel, but she decide to change the methode of execution of the traitors : after some experiments, she managed to find a way to erase people memory due the properties of her powers, and ask the traitors to choose : death or deletion of all House and fatui related memories (with the garantee from Neuvillette that those with memory erased won't be pursued in justice).
Once the choice done, Arlecchino, the traveller and Clervie have a discussion in which they reveal to Clervie what happened after her death, tell her about the Traveller's adventures and finally set her free.
The epilogue then confirms that the traitors don't have any recollection of the members of the fatui, and are living life as they fit.
