Hope this advice helped you guys & If you want to learn the Fundamentals of Tattooing (for lesson than $1 per lesson as we want it to be accessible for everybody) : purchase.tattoomethodpro.com/youtube
As a 44 year old uneducated, having made some mistakes in my young life, it wasn't easy. While everyone pointed the finger at me and said I couldn't do anything without a diploma, I grew thanks to them. I have been a manager of a multinational for 18 years now, I lived and worked abroad for 2 years as a manager/coach, came back to now be an assistant manager with the prospect of becoming a tattoo artist thanks to Ben's leadership and to all the people who said no to me. 💪
Thank you for sharing your story! It’s a powerful reminder that our past doesn’t define our future. Link below to my fundamental course to help guide you! purchase.tattoomethodpro.com/youtube
Listen brother I have been practicing for a year and a half and I'm still learning. It took me trying a thousand different needles and lining with shaders and then lining with with liners and trying all kinds of things and different types of machines and I am just now getting all of it and it's coming together. But it took alot of reps over and over . I can now technically apply some styles perfectly and some I need work . But it the repetition is what got me where I am . I don't know how to draw but I can apply a tattoo correctly. And you are correct the art has nothing to do with the money making part of it . The business I get is from networking. I go to my wife's work and talk to people I drive a taxi and talk with people and all of the networking is what pays off . I know shit tattooers that have more business then they know what to do with cause they know how to play the game .
@@BenFisherOfficial 100 percent brother. Thank you for your Chanel brother there are not many people out there in the industry that will give up any information but yet they sat they want the industry to become better and grow but then are scared someone is going to come along that is better then them . Or they are scared of to much saturation issues in the tattoo feild but if you don't love this type of a work and don't have any business sense they will not make it anyway cause its constant learning in both aspects. I am almost 50 so I remember the days of the tattoo parlor with flash all over the walls and I remember I smell of the inks and the ad ointment lol the good old days
Hi ben this is well explained and put out there iv been told by a shop no bigger then 50p size tattoos now thing is thats great and all yet iv been doing your course and love it and there much bigger then 50p size tattoo designs just seems like there criticising and not wanting me to move forward and say things like well u wont get anywhere if u cant do realism straight away etc Yet on your course if we cant do it straigh away etc just try again thats what u do dont get given shitty comments or told if u cant do something u wont ever be a tattoo artist and be successful your right youve gotta be tough skined cause so many of these places wont offer you an apprenticeship but then say these diggy comments when your tryna show what you can do again thanks for the advice video
I’m 20yo looking to get into tattooing and this has really helped me and answered questions I wanted to know. Thank you, you have a new subscriber and I will be watching all your videos and doing your course soon:)
I learned to tat by picking. Then got a Spalding and Rogers set and how to book. I read every book I could find back then. Finally watched a long established artist do the sleeves where I couldn't reach. Still do stuff for my friends and random customers. Just tattoo. You learn by doing. The worst you will do is make work for a cover up artist. Stick with Bro's at first so you won't be beaten to death by an outraged stranger 😂.
Hey, totally off topic response but can you do a little video on your machine the stigma high power one.. cans and cannots or maybe some tips and tricks.. thankyou :)
I have the course anddddd yet it does piss me off sometime mostly bc my work does look like Ben’s 😂😂😂. Even with that said I still forward to it when I get off work 😊 💪🏿
It’s great that you’re finding value in the course, even if it can be frustrating at times! Keep pushing through; improvement takes time! Stay committed and dedicated.
I don't get pissed with the course but I do have many hours of the forearm pain through many hours of dot work 😂.. Won't stop me keep practicing though and I must have at least 10/15 mats with the same design on
Hope this advice helped you guys
