my 11th custom remix
Will Wood Heaven Studio remixes Batch 2 has started
Some extra commentary that I’d like to add:
- the remix was already pretty much done 3 days ago; I was just waiting for somebody to help me record this level
- yes i know a few other people have done blackboxwarrior before me, but i wanted to make my own take on it
- 2econd 2ight 2eer, the first song in my first batch of will wood rhythm heaven remixes, was a pretty chaotic one; just like this level, the first song in my second batch is also very chaotic
- Charging Chicken was difficult to fit into the remix, and Love Lab and Rhythm Test were being difficult to understand/use, but I managed to utilize them
- Tambourine was originally going to be at the end, while Quiz Show would have been placed earlier in the level, but i swapped their places, because Quiz Show is more dramatic as the last minigame compared to Tambourine
- I used the protanopia color pallet of dull yellows, greys and blues; at first i used the Sepia filter, but I wanted the remix to have more color
Typically i don't like when a boatload of unique games are used, but here it fits shockingly well
1:08 “it’s looking up or looking down” when the brush stroke goes up then down is good
oh that tap troupe part is SO good

I love this so much. I've been listening to it on repeat since it came out
Having no repeated games really adds to the chaotic and manic energy of the song
Love the font coloring for Black Box Warrior, dialectics, and fine, as well as the italics for ice pick and mirror
The beats in the games fit really well with the song. I especially like the Karate Man section

awesome remix as always! you should do one for outliars and hippocrates or laplace’s angel next! (or more lemon demon songs as the last one was very good)
@@redpixls there is a certain minigame that is required in my creative vision for a Laplace's Angel remix, but that minigame has not yet been added to heaven studio yet :v
