In Germany you will find several car washes. There are also automatic car washes where you can simply drive through and the machine does the job for you while you remain seated in your car. How to find cheaper fuel in mainland Europe,don't buy unless you have to from Motorway stations as they are about 20 to 30% more expensive than in small towns,you will be driving more on Germany and France so look on the map for small towns close to the motorways,come off there and you will cheap fuel,have a safe journey
