I really like all the windows! The view from each is wonderful! I currently live in Germany in an apartment. Here we have separate toilet rooms, as well as separate bathrooms. It makes it so convenient when I have guests. Someone can be showering while another person can be using the toilet.
Very nice. I love cabinetry all the way to ceiling. Glad the vents are in the ceiling. Make sure y’all put plumbers foam or something around all pipes to keep mice out. We couldn’t figure out where the mice were getting in and turned out they were coming in under our dishwasher🫣 Check every place a pipe enters the home, and you will be set. It’s lovely.
WOW.... that is so lovely. I can't wait to see what you do with all that space! Favorite this is the large pantry - a must have for me. I love the sliding doors in the dining room to the deck. So great for entertaining. That light pouring in there will be awesome. That home is perfectly designed. Really like the transom window over the shower area too. I subscribed today so I can follow all you progress. So perfect, love the property & views.
This house is BEAUTIFUL!! I can't wait to see it finished and decorated. This makes me want to sell my house, move back to the South, and buy a home like this. I would be THRILLED TO DEATH with that kitchen 😊 ❤️❤️❤️
I totally understand that feeling, we watched all kinds of house tours on YT before we bought. Each time I'd just fawn over each house and dream about living there! 🩷
Sweeeet! It’s clear to see why you like it! Don’t let them mess you around on that check list. It can be hard sometimes to get them to treat the list properly. (That’s almost every builder!)
Exciting and very nice! I pray you get all the oooopsis fixed soon and won't take mths to get somebody out!! Unfortunately, the Mobile home industry hasn't mastered that yet
Hi Lacey,🖐Good afternoon from Fredericksburg, Va. Hope you get to Feeling Better🪴 Soon! Love Everything about the New Home❤x5 so ( Stunning ) The Builder⭐x5 did a Awesome Job keeping the Air and Heating Closet, also the Electrical Panel all in the Laundry Room including an area for a Freezer instead of being and eye sore. Taking the Kitchen Cabinets all the way to the Ceiling this Would Be My Number One Pick💕 ( Best In Show ). My Favorite is how Spacious the Rooms are and The Tower Cabinets for the Bathrooms, have you seen the ones that actually sit on the counter? The only thing I would Personally Change would be All the Builder Grade Shelving in the Closets including the Pantry, seen to many Negative Feedbacks on those. Take Care💛x5 tammy/tim
I would like know how much money you spent for mobile homes. There is another family bought a used mobile homes. And even to buy a used one was expensive even though they had to remodeling. They still got the great deal.
Hi, so buying a new mobile home is kind of like buying a car, there is a lot of negotiation involved. We had a budget of $150,000 or less for the whole thing (pad, AC, and septic included) and we stuck to our budget. We also wanted to have a well built home, as this will be our forever home. We also were not interested in buying a used mobile, we have a deed restriction against putting anything older than 5 years. I'm not comfortable getting into specifics online, however I will say we got a very good deal on the home we picked. We were offered the same home as a lot model from a different company highly discounted and we took that offer to another company who was able to match that quote and allowed us to purchase brand new with the options we wanted. In our area a new custom built home with the features and size we want would easily cost upwards of $350,000. So we feel we got a great deal, and didn't have to go through any of the building process ourselves. 👍 We looked for several months at different homes of all prices and sizes. We found homes that could have worked out just fine for under 100K and we also found extremely fancy homes for over 300K. I think if we had just been looking at bottom dollar we could have put another larger shell of a shed/home out, built it out over time, and had a modest well built home for around 75K. For us we needed the home ready before our kiddo is born.

Yes I love those features as well, and you are so right about the wire shelving. I'm hoping to replace them with wood as soon as I can.

It’s really pretty, but how much did it cost? That will determine the answer to your question.
