That's debatable it's either destroyah or spacegodzilla sence even at half power and a destroyed shoulder Crystal weakening spacegodzilla more he was still able to beat godzilla and the robot intell plot came and made spacegodzilla get overloaded by the red atomic breath even though spacegodzilla can absorb exploding stars and one godzilla cell went into the black hole and came out a white hole so it took plot for spacegodzilla to die but spacegodzilla was weaker then even half power to almost 20 percent power so I mean I geas not plot

Destroyah appeared in the heisei era in the movie "Godzilla vs Destroyah". He killed Godzilla jr causing Godzilla in a rage becoming his burning form (I forgot how) killing destroyah and sacrificing his energy to his son. Destroyah was created by an oxygen destroyer back in the first Godzilla movie "Gojira 1954" living at the bottom of the ocean knowing itself as an unidentified entity.
Actually Godzilla was already in burning state inching closer and closer to a nuclearic meltdown because of overload of nuclear energy in his body. And also if it wasn’t for the humans freezing destroyah Godzilla wouldn’t have killed it because he was initially getting away. It was basically a draw after Godzilla kept getting stronger and stronger the closer he got to melting down, he was getting his ass kicked before that point tho

destroyah's weakness is extreme tempatures so rodan could stand a chance if he kept shooting fireballs, Because Destoroyah's body contains large amounts of micro-oxygen, it can be liquefied or completely vaporized at very high or low temperatures. Destoroyah's chest cavity is also a weak point.
And also can shot a BIG BEAM throw this chest, so is very hard hit it in the perfect Moment
He only died in the movie because the humans used that weapon on him which was stopping him from healing himself. If the humans weren't there he was still going to defeat godzilla
