It is important to acquire him 3) Make the worst ever universal saga team . You must acquire the worst character. It may be sp but see that a character shouldn't have 5000 level. 4) After all that restart the game. 5) And now straight go to summon and summon . These will increase your luck by 60 to 70 % . Good luck all .
