    I'm a total beginner, with a little burlesque history, I enjoy your vids so much and appreciate you sharing this with us, I seem to be fine with the shimmys , the undulations.. but soon as you incorporate them into a moving movement like this hip shimmy walk.. that's it my brain can't cope and i know if a neighbour saw me that have a fit of laughter LOL.... maybe too much too soon.. I know its all about practice .

      haha aww well done!! And welcome to my channel. Layering the shimmy is not easy so do not worry if you find it hard! because it is. Simply take your time with it and keep practising, I know it can be frustrating but I assure you, you will improve everyday! 😁

    You're body is amazing, you are strong and in shape. I'm working on my health by trying to gain strength and up my cardio. Do you only belly dance, or do you add other dances/weight exercise to your routine?

      Well done Becky! You are already doing AMAZING! At first, everything is scary and difficult. But soon your body will get used to the moves and it starts to feel great and look wonderful and people will be telling you 'wow you make it look easy' haha 😃

    I need all the help I can get. I'd been so ill, for years, that I could barely move at all and everything is all stiff and near impossible to isolate and move. So, as much break down on how to do a move as possible would be lovely. I've been looking for vids that would break it down at least as much as the old book Art of the Belly Dance, that my Mom used to own.

      To some people that move comes naturally but you may need to practice every day and slowly it will become more visible! 😃

      Hey lovely! This top was a gift and it doesnt have a label. However I bought the leggins online to match! I typed red leggins and got the first one I saw haha. 😃
