In the beginning, I began to simply breathe, connect with the body and feel the energy centers. By the middle of the meditation, I entered a trance state and saw the future. “Space” clarified what is happening now and where it will lead. I lived consciously in the moment with acceptance. Later the body began to take some positions from kundalini yoga. By the end of the practice, I was dancing in a state of bliss, letting go of the past and purifying myself. Larimar, it’s wonderful.
