Dahi दही - 1 cup
Water पानी - 1 cup
Salt to taste नमक स्वादानुसार

Boiled potato उबले आलू - 4
Onion प्याज - 1
Green chilly हरी मिर्च - 2
Red chilly flakes कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste नमक स्वादानुसार
Garam masala गरम मसाला - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder जीरा पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Shambhar masala शंभर मसाला - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder धनिया पाउडर -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Some coriander leaves कुछ हरी धनिया पत्ती - 1/2 tsp
