I'm getting ready to buy my forward sonar and my guy that's doing my work suggested Mega live thanks for the vid it's so confusing what to buy and I don't want to spend that cash and not be happy haha you helped thanks mega live and 360 and I'm doing side scan and down I would love a ultrex but I don't know it's a money thing and I'm not a pro by no means thanks my friend enjoy your channel I'll be watching and learning

I'm about to install Hummingbird units on my Boat and I have watched video after video on Hummingbird. I agree garmin may be a little bit better in some aspects but I want to run stay with the one boat network and it worth a little sacrifice for me personally to do that.. I just watched a video on a new update for ML and it seems to have made some improvements. I enjoyed you just going out and not focusing on fishing and just the units. Thanks
I just got mega live. Like it so far and it works in concert with my mega 360. Quite the system. I really need to be able to use the live to see my bait. Hope I can get that working like I see all the people with Garmin doing. If not I may jump to garmin and buy another unit just for live.
Big Jim I would like to know where I could get one of those transom savers you showed in the video on your boat. I still have the big long aluminum one and always have to take it off snd put it in my vehicle every time I launch my boat. Thanks
I do appreciate your time spent on your videos. Just 1 suggestion I would ask that you not move the camera too fast and zoom in and out slower. It's kinda hard on the eyes. Not complaining just trying to help
I cant find the part 1 on your channel. Is it on the water as well? Why on the 360 between 45-60 ring, it is so dark with little detail? I appreciate this video....same equipment that I have..... Solix and 360 and ML. Looking forward to more, especially when you are casting a lure and tips on how to find the lure at the end of a cast. Thanks. Also, I appreciate the comment about other brands. I am happy with my ML.
Hi Jim, I got the exact same set as you on the bow of my boat when I get the ML installed, I noticed you don’t use 2D or DI with 360 and ML what’s the reason? Can you go into detail on it? Thanks!
I might have cut that out, but I do split the screens by creating views. I can put what I want, where I want. Note: 360 and live can only be on full, 70 or 50 percent views. It cannot be seen on 30 percent views. 2d, map and di can be seen on all views.
Using Mega Live for Solix However, there seems to be a problem with the settings of the Mega Live that I am using. At about 5m, the floor is photographed, but when I turn the direction to about 7m, the floor does not appear. Is there a place where I need to look at the settings?

Nice video. I can't figure out how to bring up the grid on my Solix, can you explain that for me?
I added an independent sweep .. so I could use my spot lock offshore... you just have to tweak the settings more often because of live feed...

Turn off all auto settings
Can you shut off the 2d sonar ping on the trolling motor transducer if the interference is worse?
I guess so, but I’m not. It’s not bad at all. Watch the video for proof.
