A horse once fell with my husband too. I ended up doing all the house and ranch work until he got better.. Ranch work makes a lady tough. I once changed a tire on a 3/4 diesel. Cheater bar always comes in handy. I tell you that tire was so heavy.

Air up tires, change a flat. Glad you finally got a cheater bar!! My husband gave me a Ryobi impact to keep in the horse trailer for Christmas after I had a flat on the trailer the month before. I still have my cheater bar though😉. Glad Henson is better cracked ribs are not easy to deal with. Everything you do moves those ribs. Good he felt good to get horseback and the mare was okay when the chiro worked on her. Just another day on the ranch. Those 3 strand hay bales are not light. Everything in man’s world is too tight or too dang heavy. You are a great ranch woman. Enjoyed this a lot. Your kids are growing up, first driver then seems like everything speeds up. I posted a link for an impact. We don’t go anywhere on the ranch without them. Sometimes we are 3 hours from town and have no service. Definitely worth the money and saves a ton of time. Love watching you guys! Take care!

Those breaker bars work for me every time lol! Always keep one in the back of all our cars/ trucks and trailers. This old lady needs all the help she can get when I'm getting those lug nuts off lol! 😂

Girl you are my hero changing that tire!
She is the perfect woman, reminds me of my mum. She can change a tire, break a horse, move hay, and Im pretty sure if you took her out, she got dressed up she would make every cowboy head turn. AND she laughs at Henson's joke and changing that tire she never once slapped him with the piece of pipe.
Learned a lot from your chiropractor releasing the tension in the stallion's rib and then shoulders, and also on Dib's tension above the withers. Heard that dappling on the coat of the stud means the horse is very healthy.
You're very thorough, Danielle, and surely Henson appreciates your changing the tire as he recovers from broken ribs. You're funny, too ~~ when you whispered, guess you need to grow those long nails like her to do that kind of spinal adjustment, lol!

Danielle what a day, but things gets done. Some techniques I learned from my past brother, he had a back and head injury, we (me and my son) helped him do things at the ranch. Was fun doing things like what your doing. Thank you for your clogs both of you. I like watching them, reminds me of my past brother sibling.
Invest in a 3/4" DeWalt Impact Wrench, you can keep em plugged in your truck

Danieelle pulls her ownn weight plus, good job. I even use a small cheater bar for the lawn mower blade. Don't rush it Henson don't want to rebreak the ribs, double ouch. This is when a drone would come in handy if you only want to locate the horses, such a hard working couple sounds like your work is never done
Best think for breaking them lug nuts is a thick wall socket and a extention and your pipe that lug wrench flexing.
Invest in a impact cordless drill to get the job done

Danielle i'm a little guy. This is what I do. I carry several 2x4 and 2x6 blocks. I lay flat , and on edge to support the other end of the x lug wrench. Then I step on the lug wrench. I can bounce if needed.

Lowe’s had DeWalt 2 - 20 volt batteries and charger for $199 and you got your choice of tool that came with it and a 1/2 inch impact was one of them. This was in Southern NM don’t know about your neck of the woods but that’s a good deal, they work as good as an air impact ! Tell Ol Henson to pony up $$$$

Put HUB CAPs on the rim, it will help keep lugs from. rusting to the rim, ❤️👍🏻🇨🇱
You should also put a little oil on the threads.
It will help you tighten the lug nuts up and make them coming off the next time.
Pre manure before it runs through hay burners and cattle. But we love it. You can see the air in that tire. Whoever put those lug nuts on didn’t want em coming off. Good job young lady.

Take a canna spray paint and spray from your ball in the pick up to the tailgate and it’s really easy to hook up after that you don’t have to back up 100 times
