we were there the other day in westminster, we didnt have a problem, think as my bf got of the wheelchair and we carried the wheel chair in the tube. fortunately he can walk that bit, but it is scary to think that one could be stuck on the tube with no ramp

I hate to say this, but it hasn't improved that much in the 35 years I've in the wheelchair. Although you no longer have a guards van so you have missed out on that treat. The situation really saddens me. It should be so much better by now, thank you for highlighting the ongoing problems as it is rubbish and unacceptable.

Agree and what's with it making clearer that golders green isnt fully Accessible and I tried the Elizabeth line today and had to wait for them to get the ramp at moorgate to let me off and I'm not very patient either

People who leave e-bokes and scooters in the middle of pavements are the worst! It's everywhere.

About time they know from years back how many people use wheel chairs and need slopes as busses have them as they come out and you roll on easy so why a kind person help or at least put some next to stairs

I don’t get why at 2:15 your saying you want the jubilee line to Bond Street and saying you there nothing telling you where to board when your clearly on the district line platform even the announcement says district line
