I've used solid bushings and spherical bushings in the past. Without any doubt, I will chose the spherical bushings every time. They make gear selection far easier & more direct than the solid bushings - this is due specifically to the fact that spherical bushings do have a range of motion. It might not be a lot, but a lot isn't needed. I will absolutely be picking up a set of the spherical shifter bushings.
Sure, what do you want to know? All I have is the Likewise RLX lockout, which I have a video on for installation, and switch between a Likewise knob and Raceseng knob with their respective adapters. Do check out that video I made on the RLX lockout, it's detailed.
Interesting as I just ordered these to do the same thing. I also have the Forge short shifter and I really like it but I wanted to compare it to this same set up. I'm hoping to get it installed this weekend and see what I think.
Great video. I appreciate your approach of testing various brands against each other. Currently, I am using the Sxth Element shifter in my vehicle, and while it initially felt satisfactory, I've encountered a minor rattle stemming from the washer on the aluminum. Now that you've had the new bushings installed for three weeks, I'm curious to know your overall experience. Have you experienced any rattling issues?
Thank you! I actually noticed that a thin washer helped with the SXTH Element bushing paired with the Forge shifter. Just on one cable. With the new setup, no rattle. I'm a big fan.

Can I buy your old bearings?
Can you make a video about your likewise shifter setup? I want to know your setup and how you installed it and what you need to buy from them

Let me know! I'm curious what others thoughts are

Was the rubber gromment on the engine cover? Happens a lot.
Nah, I just lost it after removing the airbox a dozen times. I got a new one for a few bucks at the dealer.
