I like how they thought that the old characters were kinda like superheroes and nothing could kill them anymore, so them made Ethan. But my boy Ethan here reattached his hand, his foot and had a chainsaw sword fight in the first hour of the game and killed a giant slime monster. Not a superhero though. Anyways, congrats, nice run :)
He also doesn't have Gorilla arms like Chris from RE 5 and his whole healing deal is because of super goo, not because of his own personal coolness. All other Resident Evil MC's (if memory serves correct) were aided by starter pistols, green/red plants, and saving up money to buy a rocket launcher and owning a bossfight with it.
To be fair, he never saw that video. He just got an email from Mia with her location and her asking him to come get her. Only we saw the “stay away” video.

After playing RE 7. I can’t wait for RE 8. I loved the first person perspective and just the play style. The one RE title played more than a few play throughs.
So a lot of people comment about Ethan’s leg and arm just reattaching and working like it never happened I saw a theory that Ethan is infected and that’s why his limbs work sure he need like staples and healing Med but that’s because he’s not fully infected
It's not a theory the ending reveals that eve is a old women. Notice her sudden change from child to old lady.Ethan was seeing the child eve as hallucination. Sign of infection according to the final files. Also playing Mia you hear and see hallucinations throughout I.e over here mommy and on the ship Mia even says it. Play the game with this mind and it all makes sense

Damn I was hoping I could watch your Mia attic fight to get any tips on making it easier, but it seems to rely entirely on getting headshots 100% of the time. This is one of the many moments where I curse analog stick aiming (playing on PS4).

Fam, it's three years later and I still can't get through this game. In the time it took you to beat this game on a speed run, I'm still in the house and haven't been in the basement. This game scares the life out of me.
@@elitestar and headset apparently I going to be her with my PS4 remote and I never got past her but I get the headset I just look at her head boom boom boom couple of tries and I got past her but the problem is it may be good for aiming but playing on madhouse difficulty there's tons of new stuff like normal and easy are just damage difference but madhouse that changes everything like locations of herbs and other stuff are not there and you can get the best items that you can't use at the moment right at the beginning of the game which worries me a lot
@Link to Fire if you're playing on madhouse difficulty go right past Jack to the garage door then look to the left of the door once you go past Jack go to the desk by the locker there should be a lock pick and where you go to normally get out of there once you defeat Jack go to that desk that's nearby it and use the lockpick on the red chest and after avoiding Jacket few times while doing all this once it's completely open get the car key make sure Jack is away from the car so he doesn't pull you out and drive it for himself or something and then you can just run them over easy peasy and then you will think you will die but he will and of course you have to grab the gun let him shoot himself and then get out
How long do you think a %100 speedrun on NG Madhouse would take. It would take a lot of careful planning ahead of time but I think it would be a decent challenge.

I just started playing RE7 after finishing RE Village. I’ve had it in my library but I got too scared and put it off for a couple years. Now I just escaped the Baker House and made it to the trailer :).
I got this game for my birthday in 2017 and stopped playing it early the following year. Decided to give it another go and just finished it about a month ago.
God this game was creepy but a MUCH needed return after RE6. Although what annoys me is that the CIA or FBI or even the military never went to investigate this house following alllllllllll the disappearances - although the developers want you to feel isolated as the player character. Fantastic run 👍
Holy shit! I never noticed before that when u down jack in the chainsaw fight that there is a giant, one eyed face protruding from his chest area. I just thought it was a mass or gore, not an actual head/face like thing.
Is it just me or does something seem "off" about their faces and lip movements? Like in the intro video with his GF talking about her trip or w/e, her facial expressions are daunting or have a delayed appearance to them, I don't know how to explain it.
yeah, like everything in the game looks really detailed and photorealistic, but the faces are full uncanny valley. throws off the whole experience for me.
I beat Madhouse. I got Resident Evil 7 on Christmas a few days ago and beat Normal. I waited like 2 days before playing Madhouse, beat it in 7 hours. The circular saw is a MUST! Beat chainsaw Jack in 30 seconds, bug Margerite in 7 minutes and then big head Eveline in 1 minute (with a shotgun).

Is it just me or does something seem "off" about their faces and lip movements? Like in the intro video with his GF talking about her trip or w/e, her facial expressions are daunting or have a delayed appearance to them, I don't know how to explain it.

yeah, like everything in the game looks really detailed and photorealistic, but the faces are full uncanny valley. throws off the whole experience for me.
I beat Madhouse. I got Resident Evil 7 on Christmas a few days ago and beat Normal. I waited like 2 days before playing Madhouse, beat it in 7 hours. The circular saw is a MUST! Beat chainsaw Jack in 30 seconds, bug Margerite in 7 minutes and then big head Eveline in 1 minute (with a shotgun).
Jack: dies 2 times, survives cure, regenerates his whole body after it exploded,
Also jack: dies from punch
Only if it was just a punch. But it was Joe Baker's punch. How could anyone survive that ?
