I loved it. It’s possibly my favourite sequel. It’s amazing to me what radio silence have done; it’s not common that a 6th instalment of a franchise is so good
Can we talk about how in this movie the only mask dna that wasn’t at a crime scene was Mikey’s I watch the movie twice and the last mask was Romans at the girl’s apartment. After that in the final reveal the 3 killers had Ms loomis mask, Stu and Detective Bailey had Billy’s idk something to look into cuz I feel that was a pretty big miss if they really forgot lol..
It's because they killed their Mickey. I will bet you any money Jason had Mickey's mask, and he never put two and two together and realized Detective Bailey was planning to kill him the same way Mrs Loomis was always planning on killing Mickey.
As big Scream fan till 96, I have to say the sixth one was great. But for me, there huge mystakes with murders. Victim would never survive so many stabs. Its not possible. And last scene, where someone asi shot and stabbed, Sam said to him: I will call help. And after all third act, we see Sam and **** sitting on staris on relax. This is not real. I was dissapointed by these mystakes bcs film is excellent.

I agree, it really looked like they thought Chad & Kirby are dead anyways so why not relax on those stairs for a while 😂 Would've been funny if in the end the ambulance guys told them Chad & Kirby would have been saved if they were called 10 minutes earlier 😅

I’m calling it right now, these guys are gonna do their part 3 like the way Kevin Williamson had wrote the original script for Scream 3: with Stu being alive and the leader of a cult of ghostfaces. I’m a firm believer that Stu is dead and he’s my favorite ghostface but I’m not against them pulling off this idea…
The only thing I didn't like was the whimsical feeling the VI ending had with Mindy all bubbely even though she was severly stabbed, Tara kissing Chad while he is basically destroyed. They should have had Quinn survive and attack someone in the ambulance or something. Quinn was the best Ghostface in this and slightly underused... The movie needed a crazy ending to match that crazy opening. If she survived she could have popped back up in 7 in jail and given her a crazy fanbase.
I think Ethan might have survived and he'll be idolized by teenagers, like a criticism on what happened with the whole Dahmer thing last year. I doubt that TV actually killed him, I mean the dude survived a knife deep throat 😂
@@HIGHTSI predicted Quinn the second her kill was off screen. I had billy flashbacks when his back was to us when he was stabbed and Roman fake death in 3. I immediately told my husband I don't by it. They made it way too obvious for fans that know the rules (if you didn't see it happen,then it didn't happen)

im not sure if you are aware but Kevin's most recent slasher SICK (on peacock) was critiqued on the killers motive, so no, why would they put their ego aside for something just as lackluster?
@@dusthymn8187 precisely! And Kevin has not been superb his last 2 outings writing for the Scream franchise, S3 & 4 are imo the weakest of the franchise and objectively inferior to his first 2. I think both 5 & 6 are better than 3 or 4.
I just hope the next movie grows some balls and actually kill someone who actually matters and we care about. I still really like it , but at the end of the day it was to soft and felt like there was no real stakes. Only 4 kills on camera not including the 3 convenience store kills .but nobody killed that mattered at all.

The movie was terrible. The target demo is clearly teenage girls who are into fan fiction so I don't want to complain too much about the movie since it clearly wasn't made for me. The Core 4 being unkillable was corny and there was never tension or a surprise of who could have been the killer. Also the whole idea that the one main character will let the evil inside of her come out felt literally like something out of WWE with how corny and fake it was.

I hope scream 7 gets different director And bring back Kevin Williamson for writer and change music composer, it’s really missing the Marco Beltrami touch they need to bring him back. They can find a new director real fan of Wes cravens work beyond scream. The soundtracks / ending motive have been lacking for 5 and 6.
