That is the biggest pot of chili I have ever seen! I have never seen cans of tomato sauce as large as the ones you use! Your chili looks so delicious! Thanks for the hints of removing the grease--I will try it next time I make my chili

I put the spices (adobo, cummin, dash of cinnamon, chili powder , paprika)in with the browing meat. I add beef or chicken broth, garlic and green chiles. Growing up, my mom's used to be more of a soup, which I think was common during the depression and thru the 60s.

I put garlic real & powder, onion both powder & chopped ,chili powder, Cumin, salt,pepper & if I have a small pepper ( green etc but not too much ) plus tomatoes sauce & diced and a touch of tomato paste and a smigeon of water . Sometimes I add grated cheese, extra onion, sour cream & jalapeño after it’s cooked

I use French's Chili-o Mix while I'm frying my hamburger. It has all the spices in it already & you don't have to add anything else spice-wise, unless you just want to.

Love chili, I aalways drain my meat in a colander, and place back in pot with my other ingredients, and stir it all in.💞💞💞💞💞💞
