Fraser hires Peter Blake to design the cover, Blake turns out to be Bell’s friend, too. Fraser and Bell were both hip, flamboyant dressers, both with absolutely magnetic personalities. I don’t know: young, handsome, successful, influential artist, and in the right place at the right time with the right people?
