Can I go to sweden tax office and apply for personal number based on a 15 days temporary address and then change/update the address to a more permanent address. Will this be considered by the tax authorities? Please advice , also if you have any suggestions please tell me.
The address change only applicable from November. You need to change it in skatteverket. Even if you do now, it will be applicable from nov.

Btw I am Christian and God has said that we can eat everything but it must be cooked well and there shouldn't be any trace of blood. But on the other hand Bible also teach us that if I am with someone who doesn't like eating meat then I should never eat meat in front of them. The goal is to be kind and generous, to hurt someone for one time meal is stupidness.
