Thanks so much for showing how you work with the whole tray! I'm a beginner & always wonder how the experts manage making a whole batch of cookies. No one makes one cookie😉. I took a class, but found that the instructor only worked on one cookie at a time. On my own I wonder about pacing & dry time. Etc. you have the best tutorials!
