ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL CAPTURE, I think I have a new favorite. The anticipation was killing me. The way she approached Scoop was great. Thinking to herself, "Now that's one SEXY beast!" Poor Tippy, taking it all in, thinking "How can I compete with that, Scoop you are the MAN!" Awesome as always, but more important, you were safe and unharmed.
The telephoto lens compresses distance, so there's that. But even still it was a crazy outburst, these last four videos were all the same day, this one was the climax
It sure is intense when the rut is on, thanks for watching. It was a crazy day, grateful for alder patches. That bull had a long day, nobody wanted to fight him, he was too amped to spar, then that cow just put him over the top.
Love the question. Actually we see it often. Bulls slowly approach cows over and over during the weeks leading up to estrus, The cows do everything from showing zero interest to rubbing up against them. But out of nowhere sometimes, the bull just explodes and chases her off.
Thanks so much! Good to know, we like to roll out "best of" later on. Another thing coming up is we are going to roll out one Grumpy video a month for a few, should be fun to look back
Terry, you're right, this was the perfect example of "you never know". The telephotos you're watching make it look much closer than it is, and we keep safe trees, but this was still crazy.
This thought came to mind with todays technology, do you have cameras set up in certain areas that can be controlled in the warmth of your home or even be sitting in the vehicle watching from several angles? Have a great New Year!
Hi there, all our filming is done on location with hi rez 4K cameras. However, we do use trailcams for intel, but the footage is low quality but good for information gathering on where to focus on.
I love these cold mornings when the leafs haven’t changed yet
cool, we do too, awesome time to be in the woods.
Happy New Year!!🕛 I look forward to more of your great videos! Thank you! 🎉
Thanks for watching, and Happy New Year to you too!

If you ever make a "best of" compilation, this would surely make the cut.

Heads up just a little to close, never know what will happen but what you put together is amazing.

She seems really small next to Scoop.
