Good vid man. I have a couple of these in 12" and 10" version, have probably put 80 tanks of fuel through each cutting big wood. I was looking at getting a Giantz or Baumer version cause I thought they were all the same, but sounds like I should stick with ozito ?
Look on eBay or Facebook marketplace for the ozito. I think bunnings has gone away for them, they a band called Cheetah they got a epa cylinder and a cat in the exhaust
@@reddogsaws oh right, didn't realise they started stocking them, do you think it runs as well as the ozito ? yeah plenty of ozito's on marketplace, i just couldn't be bothered driving to get one lol. Really like that black bar on the PCS254 lol
Hi Terence thinking of getting the Baumr-AG version of this saw 25cc from Edison’s online for $132.00 shipped,as Bunnings no longer sells this Ozito version ,would be used say 1 hour month or so what would be your thoughts/opinion in regards to the Baumr-AG ,saw the Jon-Cutter version online double the price with no bar and chain apparently ships from China (Farmertec)if I’m correct,regards Joe.
Ok Joe here's my personal opinion on them I have actually order 1 a few years ago and it was dead on a arrival it had a bad carburettor to get any type of warranty return you have to call leave a message they will call you back when they feel like it and you had to send an video in an email attachment proving that the chainsaw doesn't work I would Steer Clear of them. How much do you have to cut is it Green and what is your budget the $160 homelite run ok but if you are useing it once a month I would start looking at cordless electric one they've come such a long way with the batteries now a lot less hassle in the maintenance department
@@reddogsaws ok thank you for the advice and feedback, I am already on the Makita battery platform owning a few of their cordless tools already I will look into their OPE range and go from there,all the best.
Is this the same one you put the pipe on? We can’t get them any cheaper than 150.00 here as far as I know. I have a few little Homelite Bandit’s,XL,Super 2’s and it’s hard to rebuild one of those for 99 bucks if they need a piston.
Yes it was (sold to a mate of 12 Rum and Cokes) it's the cheapest you can buy the next up is on eBay australia and it's for 55cc 20in bar chinese saw for $115 but I keep my eye out for the old xxv's on Facebook marketplace you pick up a good one for 35 to 60 bucks
If you can find an older model they are worth it but if you buy an older model you might have to replace the fuel lines and carby diaphragm as I don't think Bunnings stock this saw anymore, they sell a cheaper one which looks the same
It was recorded on my old phone years ago it was a very s*** recording if I made it today on my new gear you'll be able to hear me but like anything though I made the made the effort to make a video about it if you don't like it watch another video if one is available

don't worry. I'm thinking about getting one too
The original saw is Zenoha G2500 (Husqvarna T425), and there's many china copies in many colours of this 25.4cc top handle saw.
I have one of these myself, in-between all my Jonsered and Husqvarna saws. And it's not a bad saw, it's pretty good and now also with a muffler mod 👌
There are not bad saws once you do some work to them, but I reckon you get more out of a polun xxv or an Echo 280e
Is this the same one you put the pipe on?

@DominikChmiel-mp8ch 25.4cc,
old ones run 25to1, new ones run 50to1, they are surprisingly tough for Chinese chainsaws
my neighbor gave me one the same, it runs well.
