Yes totally agree ma'am when I planned my schedule and set daily target it's won't be so much confusing and also I m no anxious at any movement that what I do .. After planning I know very well what I do and when I do whats the purpose and how I execute... I will advice ki kahi gym jaane ki ya aaltu faltu 100 prakar ki diet follow krne ki jarurat nahi hai Minor changes karo lifestyle me Best would be to ride a bicycle atleast 20 km a day Won’t take more than 1 and a half hour of your day Usme bhi aap commutation me use kroge to koi extra time bhi nahi dena pdega Agar mote ho to motapa bhi utar jayega aur ye gas, saans, constipation sab ailments dur ho jayenge😊
