I really appreciate that Triple DDD came to England, but I can't help feeling that everyone they spoke to in these restaurants was chosen cos they sounded like the 'right' kind of English received pronunciation speakers. Maybe that's just what people in London restaurants sound like. Please visit the North - London is a tiny spec of what the UK has to offer in terms of food and culture.

Wish they had shown how the chips were made. Triple cooked (par boiled, first fry then final fry?) Beef dripping oil? They didn’t look crunchy but I could be wrong.
