Wala pong quarantine basta negative PCR pagdating sa airport, max na 24hrs lalabas na yung result. Certificate of entry is required. www.thaiembassy.com/thailand-visa/coe-thailand

Are you able to purchase usim cards at the aitport or be able to withdraw (exchange) money before being shuttled to the hotel?

Hi, we were able to purchase sim cards just right after the luggage collection and before the PCR test, we already had exchange cash from Dubai but there are also exchange centers in the arrival area of Phuket
