@dieterGM59 i meant that the 1017 cannot climb well.and in our army,the 1017 has offroad tires,but since it doesnt have a flexible chassis and such suspension as unimog,it is only used as a logistical truck.real offroading is left to the good old gaz-66 and zil-131.
@joshuajrice If you want a good offroad truck,get an unimog or something,it goes ok through muddy forest roads and potholes there at high speed and mud holes,but it cannot climb very well or it does it very poorly,even some old audi with quattro awd can climb better.
@Henzzman Unimog is a very good offroad truck, probably unparalleled. However the 1017 is really quite capable, this truck has street tires, even a Unimog with road tires will not perform well.
