Itachi, Sasuke's brother, uses illusions, fire attacks, black flames which can't be extinguished and Susanoo. In later games, he's able to use a Susanoo on two legs, which is exclusive to the games.
New stuff: A new awakening, DLC2 Combination Ultimate. They kinda removed all awakenings besides the new Susanoo. Regular Itachi can do Edo Itachi's Ultimate now. - เกม

You know whats more i miss about Itachi? His "torture" genjutsu thing, the one that he stab the victim in 72 hours or so. That thing gives me the creeps.
Most of the comments are saying that Itachi from Ultimate Ninja Storm One is the best so I guess that’s the game I will get. Although I know ultimate ninja storm four is a pretty good game. I’ve made my mind up to get UNS1 for Itachi but what do you guys recommend (for a game in general)

I miss itachi's old uns1 awakening so bad
I like how based on his combos, awakening, and his ultimate after part 1 you can tell he's showing just a bit more power and is hardly holding back (minus the reanimated version since I don't think his sickness is hindering him) which is accurate to the story.
Part 1 is more focused on genjutsu. But that was his coolest thing so he gets kinda boring.
After several years UNS1 itachi awakening is still the best one.. I bet the real reason they refuse to bring it back is because of how broken it is...
I feel like they put so much more effort into the 1 ninja storm than the rest with the wall fights and animations. Like when naturo and sasuke use their resengan and chidori at the same time
Blogdawg100 I think they might have reduced the character model details and shading so it runs better online. But its subjective, UNS3 and 4 look just as great. Theres just tiny changes which make the graphics seem worse, like the camera being further away, the ultimates not disguising graphical flaws with a darker screen and a close camera etc
Blogdawg100 Yeah and animations are stale at times. Like that Itachi Sasuke team ultimate, basically stale models shooting at the opponent, camera barely doing movements.
MforMovesets I thought so too since they also shortened the ultimates and cut out a lot from them to be less cinematic but then we get ones with insane detail later.

Reoxys he just explained to you why it isn’t too long. They were just lazy as they went a long. Storm 1 had so much more detail.

Good thing is that Storm 3 ultimate both uses Susanoo and Genjutsu. Susanoo in UNS2 was boring and I missed his Genjutsu attacks.
I just don't get how he gets the Complete susan'o, since only Madara and Sasuke got them in the series.

Yeah super explosion is pretty strong and it blocks shuriken and other ninjustu so its a good cover when you need to charge chakra

Non full body Susanoo played terribly.
He can use it as a Edo Tensei but, in the case case of Kabuto it were in a cave so if use this, it would destroy it and Kabuto would escape.

Ive missed his Storm 1 move set for years now. His throw now dose not even look cool. The slow ultimate really makes you feel like its powerful. And this is just me, but I'm not a fan of susanoo. His Awakening in in storm one of just slowing time is amazing.
definitely, Tsukuyomi Itachi should have kept his previous moveset while Shippuden Itachi could use the other "current" one

I think they changed them all to even them out. But honestly, Sasuke's bow and arrow Susanoo looks ridiculous in UNS4. Like someone slapped legs on it in some meme.

I read all my comments. I don't think they were lazy, with each game they made a priority list of changes and I guess whatever was low priority didn't make it. Also, that feature feels kinda broken in UNS1 and the UNS4 story mode and I can imagine players would abuse it in online play by always trying to stick to the wall and spamming projectiles.
MforMovesets I understand why they had to shorten combos and shorten ultimates and even prioritize faster gameplay but it just seems off when a game takes things away instead of adding things or at least things that would replace the old instead of throwing it away completely and as the wall climbing thing I guess you can super chakra dash or use your own projectiles since in (UNS4) one hit takes them off.
Thing is, they removed attacks from combos, I guess for balancing reason (giving everyone an uppercut during up combo, maybe preventing glitches with the new substitution system after UNS2). But it's like cutting stuff out of a video, the animations are suddenly not smooth anymore and look weird at times, especially with Orochimaru's combos. And yes, that would make sense if wall climbing is still added but stopped after 1 hit. But maybe it just didn't work with a lot of moves and looked stupid with the awakenings and all. Imagine a Susanoo walking at the wall, or a Biju. Would look ridiculous imo

Here's what I would consider the perfect Itachi moveset:
Normal:
Storm 1 combos but Storm 2-4 tilt and additional speed blur effects
First Jutsu: Fireball Jutsu
Second Jutsu: Shadow Clone Explosion
Ultimate Jutsu (at above 50% health): Tsukuyomi
Ultimate Jutsu (at below 50% health): Amaterasu (an updated version of Visual Jutsu: The Sun God)
Awakening:
V4 Armored Susano'o with ability to transform into V5 Perfect Susano'o (extra Awakening Action mapped to up on d-pad)
(Movesets between Susano'o are different, with the Armored Susano'o also being invincible but draining Itachi's health, Perfect Susano'o is not invincible but does not drain health)
First Jutsu: Yasaka Beads
Second Jutsu: Fire Style: Blaze Ball
Left Awakening Action: Tsukuyomi (works like DMS Kakashi's Kamui)
Right Awakening Action: Amaterasu
Armored Susano'o Tilt: Shadow Clone Combo, then Explosion
Perfect Susano'o Tilt: Yata Mirror
Awakening Ultimate (If those come back): Visual Jutsu: Tempestuous God of Valor (an updated version of the Susano'o ultimate in Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3)
What do you think? Hopefully this isn't TOO overpowered, as I do like the idea of there being 2 regular jutsu, though tilts should NOT have been removed in Storm Connections. As for balance, the secret of this Itachi moveset is high risk, high reward. The idea of an invincible awakening that drains health at a fixed rate is a nod to how Itachi's use of the Armored Susano'o in the show guaranteed his death, yet the Yata Mirror was invincible to all conventional attacks, at least as shown.

Gonna say a controversial take, but.....
The Competitive Fans drove down the hype of this game Series. Thanks to their complaints, CC2 catered the games more towards them, and as a result, we got way less unique features towards characters matching their powerset in canon, and we got shortened Ultimate Jutsus(some even just got revamped to be worse entirely). Itachi is a prime example. The Tsukuyomi Awakening just makes TOO MUCH SENSE, and is so cool! But thanks to the competitive scene, people complained "TOO BROKEN FOR A FIGHTING GAME" and they ditched it entirely. Also, we lost wall-fighting and a bunch of other unique features to this game. What a shame.

The Akatsuki apron was a super weird Day 1 DLC. The Day 1 version also included a disc with some absolutely heterosexual anime special, where Itachi with that apron cooks for Sasuke.

Ok how to do the tilt?? Like i try my best to figure it out but..
It's kinda like smash bros, when you do a smash move. You move the stick quickly in the opponents direction and then press the attack button. Not both at once, try to press the button quickly after you tilted. It takes some time to get used to, and I never used it in an actual battle (except Itachi's since its actually useful).

Why are Edo and Alive Itachi separate characters?
They have the same move sets
He has a different ultimate and different awakening moves, maybe thats why they changed him. They didn't want his classic moves to be available for his Edo version, and the other way around.
