I love the strategy because I have ADHD so there are days when I don’t have what we call “spoons”. I thought about developing a good, better,best list for myself. Example, five minutes of movement is good, 15 minutes, is better, 30 minutes a day would be the best. Do you have any examples of medium or low impact tasks?
