    ADORE the reminder for high impact tasks. I'm always toiling away in my email when I have low energy, but if I just did even a FRACTION of a high impact task, I'd be so much better off. Thanks for creating + subbed :)

    I love the strategy because I have ADHD so there are days when I don’t have what we call “spoons”. I thought about developing a good, better,best list for myself. Example, five minutes of movement is good, 15 minutes, is better, 30 minutes a day would be the best.
    Do you have any examples of medium or low impact tasks?
