you have to update the card balance through customer care counter which are present on any metro station .

Are we still needed to go to Metro station and keep the card on machine there and click update balance ?
Earlier we had to do that ....

@@tendermiles Are you sure ? I travelled in line 1 and 2A and then 3 days later, in my BOB app, it showed the updated balance by itself. I did not use the balance update button at the metro.

@@dfdfernandes4732 yes your balance gets updated as you use the card . But for online recharge i am not sure as once it got updated by own but after one month when i recharged it again through online mode it was'nt updated so i visited the ticket counter and got updated from there.
