Simple Street Style Pav Bhaji Recipe (Easy)

    Ingredients for Pav:
    All purpose flour : 4 1/2 cups
    Salt: 2 tsp
    Milk: 1/3 cup
    Yeast: 3 tsp
    Water: 1 1/2 cup
    Oil: 4 1/2 tbsp
    Sugar: 2 tsp
    Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes
    Makes 16 paos
    Ingredients for Bhaji:
    Onions : 2(finely chopped)
    Carrot: 2
    Tomatoes: 2 (finely chopped)
    Capsicum: 2 ( finely chopped)
    Green Chilli: 4 chopped
    Garlic : 8 Cloves
    Potatoes: 3
    Coriander leaves : 1 cup
    Green Peas : 1 cup
    Cauliflower : 400 grams
    Red Chilli Powder: 1 1/2 tbsp
    Pav Bhaji Masala: 1 1/2 tbsp
    Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp
    Garam Masala Powder: 1/2 tsp
    Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
    Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
    Butter: 100gms
    Salt as per taste
