While this is cool, by the time you buy a Sporty, then buy all the stuff you need to convert it, you could buy a brand new Africa Twin or several other great ADV or Scrambler bikes. I went to the web site and added things up. If you got a good price on a Sporty at $5K, the kits are $3-5K with no wheels, seat, etc. You will be at $15-18K in no time for a used bike. Cool concept, but unless you can buy just the basics and make the rest yourself, the economics just don't add up. But hey, it looks cool and you can say you have a Harley.
You are watching a 2+ year old video taken at a national level industry expo. At the time, the bike pictures was still mostly a prototype and theres no way to get the bike out of the venue. Not every video is an exhaustive test ride.
@@ADVMotothat explains why wasn't tested. What I also meant is that in more than 6 minutes you couldn't manage even to show us the other side of the motorbike 🤔
Bummer that these guys aren't in business any longer.
Does the peg relocation still allow for passenger pegs?
You guys really need to look at the FRIJOL`E 883 bike !!!
This is awesome. It would be great to buy individual parts from you guys, like just the wheelset or just the exhaust setup, or just the front fork.

Cool bike. I wonder if this conversion that raises the bike would make this Harley be more comfortable for tall people?
Raising the bike would mostly affect the standing height. The riding geometry would be change by the pegs, bars and seat.
I would like this, but with a buell blast motor to shed pounds, and increase range.
Good idea 😊
Wanted this kit…are they out of business???
I need those foot controls for 2007 sportster
Sorry I think they closed down. :(
Will the 1200 Custom w the 21” wheel work with these kits as well? Looks like that may be one in the vid.
Dahm the website doesn’t exist yet ? 💔
The are no longer in business.
@@ADVMoto Dahm 😢 thanks for reply!
@@ADVMoto do you know if these types of kits exist or sold any where else?
@@westsideranger7985 Unfortunately none that I know of.
Link to kit is broken please help
sorry they went out of business many years ago. Not enough support from market and industry, :(

Good price on a sportster isnt $5k - its $1500-$2500 all day. You can buy most of this stuff without the kit and its a lot cheaper.
Not the sound of Harley, Weed whacker off roading!
Especially with the Pan America now.
Are they still around?
unfortunately not
So cool sir
And what would be the seat height for a conversion shown in this video?
32" for the scrambler, 34" for the ADV conversion with the 18/21 wheels.
I need the mid controls how can I buy them
Unfortunately we believe they went out of business. :(
Awesome!
This is what the new harley pan america should have been...
Hugo Moto is out of business as 2019
Guys, 6min video, with the camera in the same position, no edition, no ride, no sound of that exhaust, not testing off road....

I love how everyone now thinks youtube is a movie theater and cant just listen to the information..
@@rickybobby8224 I'm not asking for special effects or amazing transitions just see the other side of the bike. Isn't that difficult, is it?
And there out of business 😅
Yes that was many years ago.
kits are nice! but way overpriced for the few parts they offer.
